Today is game day and we highlight a Latina that is pushing fantasy football to the masses! Renee Maria Teran is expanding both the Latin population and women participating in fantasy football. Renee has created a website devoted to give the Latin community up to the date info, and top-notch fantasy advice. In addition to that she has created one of the largest free bestball leagues in the world, the FreakBowl! The freakbowl is in it’s third year, it is free, and it is a spot to meet new people in the fantasy football community. Renee is also a three year Scott Fish Bowl vet.

Renee had this to say about her fantasy football experience;
My motivation to open Freak NFL was to grow the community and meet more people who play Fantasy, especially women, seeing how more and more women are involved and love this sport has been great!. Every year, for 3 years, I have done the Freak Bowl, a Best Ball format bowl where everyone can participate for free. This year 400 people participated and the only purpose of this was to create a Fantasy community. I have to confess that I had always played re-draft leagues but 2 years ago I started with Dynasty leagues and they have become my favorites, the Guillotine leagues are also incredible.
