This is part of a series highlighting Latin people in the Fantasy Football Industry. 16 of 30
It is the last Saturday in September, and a tiny part of my soul begins to think about baseball. The AL West is in a tight race with three teams literally coming down to the last games, then there is the NL West. The NL West… well as a Colorado Rockies fan, it is sadly the same old, same old. Los Dodgers stacking another division title, and one win away from 100 wins. Today’s featured Latin in the Fantasy Football community, was at one point the public director for the Los Angeles Dodgers, but now is full on fantasy sports! Jorge Martin is one of the busiest Latinos in the industry.
Just this week he accepted an expanded role at Yahoo Fantasy with more editorial work and fantasy football articles. In addition to Yahoo Fantasy, he also writes for Rotowire, Fantasy Pros, and Fantasy Points. He is also in his third Scott Fish Bowl year in addition to several other leagues, but his most passionate one is the La Familialogy League.
Jorge is also the c0-founder of Familiaffb.com which he started with his primos. It is produced by three Latinos, click under the about tab, which begins with somos familia FFB. On the website you will also see articles for fantasy football, fantasy baseball, and betting advice.
Jorge Martin is on several platforms and is truly an example for us Latinos as well as others that aspire to have a career in fantasy sports. You can find his work at the fantasy websites listed above, but please follow him on X @jorgemartin17
Thank you for reading, please come back tomorrow as we highlight another Latin in the Fantasy Football Community
