‘I’m not as good as I once was, but I was good once, as I ever was.’ Kahlil Mack could be saying these exact words to himself on the Los Angeles Chargers bye week. He was, without question, as good as he once was against his former team, the Las Vegas Raiders in week 4. An unbelievable 72.5 points achieved, through the stat sheet of 10 tackles, 6 sacks, 5 tackles for loss, 4 quarterback hits, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 pass defended. A career day for any pass rusher and one away from the sack record set by the legend Derrick Thomas in 1990.
Kahlil Mack and the Chargers are the first team outside of the NFC North to have won the LeRoy Butler Award. Congrats to Kahlil Mack, and thanks for reminding ALL of us IDP heads that you still have elite athletic ability, and should be considered in leagues.
Thank you for reading.

*Author note, I directly told a league mate to take out Kahlil Mack this week, however he still won the match.
