The bitter taste of defeat is lingering on Denver Nuggets managers, coaches, players, and fans. This column stated that the New Orleans Pelicans are not an easy out and they proved to be just that Friday. However the Denver Nuggets continue their November road tour, this time against a tough Cleveland Cavaliers at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The Cavs are 6-6 this season, but only 2-3 at home. All three of the Nugget’s losses have been on the road, and the team is starting to see the effects of Jamal Murray not being on the floor. The Nuggets did not have a closer to finish the Pelicans and looked tired at the end of the game. This will be another tough battle as Cleveland has two wonderful big men in Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. Plus Darius Garland who is a premiere point guard in the league. It is a shame that Donovan Mitchell and Jamal Murray are out as the rivalry was set in the playoffs when Murray and Mitchell (with Utah Jazz) were scoring machines.

The odds are not bad, and Denver should bounce back from a loss. Coach Malone was very disappointed with the effort and players usually respond to that. The Cavs are without their best player, but the Nuggets still have an excellent starting five with Reggie Jackson playing well in the place of Jamal Murray.
Thank you for reading.
¡Vamos Los Nuggets!
