    The Denver Nuggets are coming off a horrific loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, with a late fourth quarter let down. This is inexcusable for a defending champion team against a young team, but Denver has lacked the ‘knockout punch’ to put teams away in tightly contested games. They should look to improve on closing out games after back to back losses at Ball Arena, which hasn’t taken place since March. Luka Doncic is listed as day-to-day but should he play it would be with a depleted team; Kyrie Irving, Josh Green, Dereck Lively, and Maxi Kleber are all out. That is three starters and a starter’s backup not playing tonight… yet, you can never count out Luka Doncic. The Denver Nuggets have Jamal murray, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Aaron Gordon all listed as questionable. There is one person that is for sure in, and he is in the bet of the night.


    BET OF THE NIGHT: DENVER MONEYLINE AND NIKOLA JOKIC 12+ REB -120 DK

    The odds shifted on Nikola Jokic’s rebounding line despite him earning only half that much in his last game. This is the exact same bet as the bet placed on Saturday and with Dereck Lively out the Mavericks will not have a center capable of rebounding with N. Jokic. It is rare to double-down on a bet that was unsuccessful the previous game, but Riding the shoulder of a MVP center is rarely a bad move. He should respond with MVP effort tonight, and make sure to secure a victory against a banged up Western Conference foe.
