RB 25 Treveyon Henderson NE
The hype out of New England Patriots camp is largely about Treveyon Henderson. The Ohio State product was the 38th over all pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, and the expectations are high. Rhamondre Stevenson is the veteran, and the starter, but Henderson has been great in the passing game. He could prove more valuable in PPR leagues. but still has great value in half point PPR leagues.
Henderson rushed for 1,016 yards, recorded 27 receptions for 284 yards, and eleven touchdowns for the 2025 National Champion Buckeyes. Although Stevenson was ranked 33rd, Henderson is projected to finish at 25. The running back talent in this year’s draft is the deepest since 2008 (Chris Johnson, Matt Forte, Darren McFadden, Jonathan Stewart, Ray Rice, Rashard Mendenhall, Jamaal Charles, Felix Jones, and Kevin Smith).
Henderson could have been the first RB drafted in other years, and he will be a slow starter who comes on late in the season. He is currently being drafted as #RB 24 which seems appropriately priced.
LB 25 Patrick Queen PIT
It is difficult to find positive information coming out of Pittsburgh Steelers training camp. Patrick Queen was quietly great and efficient last year. He started 18 games for the Steelers and played 1,164 snaps, rarely coming off the field. He earned 98 tackles, 5 passes defended, 5 quarterback hits, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 sack. That is a stack of stats for an inside linebacker.
Queen is surrounded by playmakers with a beefed up secondary with additions of Jalen Ramsey, Darius Slay, and Juan Thornhill. T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith bringing constant pressure, Cameron Heyward, and three of their first four draft picks were on the defensive side of the ball. Queen is not the focal point of opposing offenses, and will be allowed to play free and without hesitation. 100 or more tackles are well within reach. Let Queen fall in the draft, and know he is a solid LB 2 for the season.
